2. Serialized Product Pickup: If your purchase includes a serialized product, such as a firearm, please be aware that our store will conduct the necessary background checks and transfer procedures in accordance with state regulations. PLEASE NOTE: The individual placing the order and the individual picking up the firearm must be the same person.

3. Serialized Pickup Times: Serialized products can only be picked up at scheduled pickup times. Customer service will schedule a pickup time when they notify you of the item being ready for pickup.

4. Pickup Location: Our store address for pickup is, 1740 Cargill, Willis, TX 77378. Upon arrival, please proceed to the office area and present your valid identification along with any required documentation for serialized product pickups.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Konceptz Koatingz. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our retail store, website, and services, including firearm sales, accessories, customization, and training. By purchasing from or interacting with our business, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To purchase firearms or ammunition:

You must be at least 18 years old for long guns or 21 years old for handguns.
You must not be prohibited from owning firearms under federal, state, or local laws.
You agree to comply with all applicable firearm transfer and background check laws.

We reserve the right to refuse service or deny a transaction at our sole discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or legal disqualification.

3. Firearm Sales Policy

Background Checks: All firearm purchases require passing an FBI NICS background check or a state equivalent.
Waiting Periods: Purchasers must comply with applicable state-mandated waiting periods.
Transfers: We process transfers in compliance with ATF and local requirements. You must provide valid identification and documentation.

4. Custom Services & Modifications

Custom coating, gunsmithing, or modification services are subject to individual service contracts.
Customers agree that any work performed may alter manufacturer warranties or affect resale legality.
Custom work may involve waivers of liability.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Firearms: All firearm sales are final. No returns or exchanges unless due to shipping damage or manufacturer defect.
Accessories/Ammo: May be returned within 14 days if unused and unopened, with receipt. Ammo returns not accepted.
A 20% restocking fee applies to non-firearm items unless the return is due to our error.

6. Shipping Policy

Firearms can only be shipped to licensed FFL dealers.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the receiving FFL is valid and accepts transfers.
Shipping times vary; we are not liable for carrier delays or damages post-shipment.

7. Warranty

We do not warrant manufacturer products. For firearm defects, refer directly to the manufacturer’s warranty. For in-house services, a limited 30-day labor warranty applies unless otherwise specified in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability
